Wild Beer required a cautious approach to its social media channels as they were making the first leap from managing it themselves bringing on its first agency. We have helped guide them through that process – all the while improving brand awareness and engagement.
When we first took over, we focused very much on getting the channels looking great (and feeling much more professional) and nailing the tone of the brand. We then went through a process over a series of months on easing the communities into a new, slicker brand presence.
